Notes: Please note that the event is often oversubscribed. If this is the situation this year, to ensure a balanced entry and greater competition, we may invoke the following rules: 1. 50% of entry reserved for senior crews 2. Withdrawing events that have a low entry in terms of crews or clubs. Saturday 28th Feb 2026 - Start 1.30 pm Closed River Course: Chiswick Bridge to Hammersmith Bridge (approx. 2¾ miles - Held under British Rowing Rules of Racing and the Rowsafe code – The new Personal Ranking System will apply to all senior events at close of entries – (Section 3 of BRRoR) Entry fee: £128 per eight and £76 per four Entry fee includes a refundable £10 deposit for your plastic number if returned within 7 days (please include your bank account number and sort code in your entry if you require a refund by transfer rather than cheque) Entries close at noon on Wed 11th February or when the first 350 paid entries have been received. We reserve the right to cancel events that are under subscribed at the time of the draw. The draw will take place on Saturday 14th Feb and will be posted on our web site by Wednesday 18th latest. Ranking Points - For Senior Open and Senior Women’s Eights, Ranking Points will be used to band the entries as follows: Championship, Intermediate, Club and Development. Masters - May be run on a handicap basis Junior Welfare – No junior crews will be issued with numbers without an emergency contact number for an accompanying adult who will be responsible for the crew on race day. Medals to all members of the winning crew of each individual event (subject to a minimum entry of three crews) In addition, Presentation Plaques to the fastest overall crew, fastest women's crew, fastest Junior crew and fastest women's junior crew A presentation evening will be held at Auriol Kensington RC on Tue 17th March All entries and payments must be made through the British Rowing Online Entries system.
